Cuca Gaúcha deliciosa.



Cuca Gaúcha deliciosa!

    Ingredientes:
    Massa: -1 colher de sopa de fermento para pão - 1 pitada de sal - 3/4 xícara de açúcar - 1 xícara de água morna - 2 ovos - 100g de manteiga - Farinha até dar ponto de sovar (aproximadamente 3 xícaras) 

    Para a Cobertura açucarada: -1 colher de manteiga - 1/2 xícara de farinha - 1 colher de fermento em pó para bolos - 1 colher de chá de canela em pó - 1/2 xícara de açúcar.
    Modo de Preparar: 
    Em uma tigela coloque o fermento, sal, açúcar, água e ovo. Misture com uma colher e deixe parado por 10 minutos.
    Coloque manteiga e vá colando a farinha aos poucos até a massa não grudar mais nas mãos. Deixe a massa descansar por 45 minutos ou até dobrar de tamanho.
    Abra a massa e coloque o recheio que lhe agradar. Alguns exemplos são: chocolate, goiaba, morango, entre outros. Enrole e acomode em uma forma untada com manteiga. Deixe descansar por mais 1 hora.
    Misture todos os ingredientes da farofa e acomode em cima da cuca.
    Asse em forno pré aquecido em 200º por 45 minutos.
    O recheio pode ser feito de vários sabores diferentes.
